South Korea has, for the third time, delayed its decision on buying 40 new jet fighters. The decision had been expected by mid-October but will now be made early next year. The decision is thought to be down to the F-15K and the Rafale-2, but the builders of the Eurofighter Typhoon and Sukhoi Su-35 have not given up the fight for the $4 billion contract.--Stephen V Cole
