Taliban and al Qaeda 122mm rocket attacks on coalition bases continues, with little result. The rockets are too inaccurate and the attackers cannot launch a lot of them without high risk of being spotted and attacked themselves. Attempts at ambushes have not been very successful either, mainly because of unskilled attackers and the difficulty of pulling off the attacks in the generally open terrain of Afghanistan. 

A major problem with getting economic aid into the country is the lack of law and order. This has always been a problem in Afghanistan, where corruption and extortion are considered standard business practices. But most businesses are unwilling to play that way. The government is trying to change Afghan attitudes, but it can't be done overnight.
