The low level fighting continues in Aceh. With about twenty percent unemployment rate among the adults in the 4.1 million population, there are plenty of young men who can be tempted into working with, or for, the separatist rebels. The rebels have increased their new tactic of kidnapping people, with nearly 300 being held.
