The Burundi peace talks didnt start off on the right foot. Actually, they didnt start on time, either. A Tanzanian spokesman said that the talks, schedule to begin on August 5 in Dar-Es-Salaam, didnt begin, though the FDD was now scheduled to participate in the talks. A late report said FNL rebels struck the town of Migera on August 4 and killed three people there.
